Sterling began on Delaware Street as a working garage — steel trusses, a barrel-vaulted timber ceiling, skylights cut into the roof. The bones we kept. The hardwood floors, the gallery walls, and the gas-lit fireplace loft are what we added. The result is a space intimate enough for fifty, and architectural enough for a hundred and fifty.
Five minutes' walk from the Colorado Convention Center. Three blocks from the Denver Art Museum. The kind of address you can give without explanation.
